Having rebuilt my own life after IVF followed very shortly by cancer during a global pandemic, whilst still maintaining my roles of mummy and military wife, I bring both professional expertise and genuine understanding to our sessions.

The Full Illumination
£720 for twelve sessions
This is for the woman who's saying "enough is enough" to feeling lost in the shadows of her own life. Over three transformative months, we'll work through every area where you've dimmed your light, reconnect with the brilliant woman you've always been beneath the roles, and design a luminous life that feels authentically yours.
My most comprehensive support package includes priority access between sessions for those "help, I'm wobbling!" moments we all have.​
